Experienced Field Trials Officer
About the vacancy
We are looking for an experienced Field Trials Officer to join our research team in conducting field trials from our base at Stratton Audley, Bicester, Oxon.
As an independent, accredited research company we are working at the forefront of the farming industry and part of exciting industry advancement.
As an experienced Trials Officer you will be involved with all aspects of carrying out crop trials. You will be responsible for the preparation and organisation of your own trials – from locating suitable trial sites through contact with farmers/growers/consultants, marking out and application of trial products, in field assessments and harvests through to data transcription into ARM (Agricultural Research Management) software and performing data analysis and reporting.
Practical ability with farm or small plot equipment would be a distinct advantage. A willingness to be put through HGV driver training would also be highly desirable.
